If your dress doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it for a full refund. However, we want to make you aware that full refunds may not be possible in certain situations. Specifically, if you request color changes, design modifications, or if your order is placed under urgent timelines, or if specific sizing adjustments are needed, these factors may affect your refund eligibility. We will communicate any exceptions before production begins to ensure you are fully informed.
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging. This means that the dress should not have been altered or worn to any events prior to the return.
